AnswerIf you have forgotten your Business Online Banking Company ID or User ID, please call our Business Banking Specialists at 866.867.1570 and we will assist you.
If you need to reset your password, enter your Company ID and User ID on the login screen, click “Login” and then “Forgot your password?” on the next screen.

AnswerYou can add or remove services by completing a Business Online Banking Status Change form. Please visit any of our branches to complete a form, or call 866.867.1570.

How far back does the account history go?
AnswerYour account history begins accumulating after you have enrolled in Business Online Banking. The transaction history is stored for 18 months. If you opt to enroll in electronic statement delivery, your first statement will be available after the next statement date following enrollment. These PDF statements are accessible for up to 24 months.

Is bill pay free?
AnswerYes, there is no limit to the number of Business Online Banking bill payments you can make each month. Please refer to our Commercial Deposit Account and Electronic Banking Agreement, and Product Sheets for more details.

Can I initiate external transfers like direct deposit to employees, tax payments, or transferring to and from accounts from other institutions?
AnswerYes, sign up for Business Online Banking with ACH services and you can utilize the ACH network to make vendor or tax payments, collect money, and give your employees the added benefit of direct deposit. Employees can open a My Free Banking checking account with no minimum balance and no monthly fee.

What types of downloads does Business Online Banking support?
AnswerBusiness Online Banking supports the following types of downloads: CSV (comma separated value), BAI, QuickBooks®, Microsoft Money® and Quicken®. Quicken download options are .qif. Business Online Banking information can also be exported into an Adobe PDF.

Can I give my accountant access to my accounts, without giving them the ability to perform transactions?
AnswerYes, after logging on to Business Online banking, click the “Administration” tab and click on “Company Administration” from the dropdown menu. The Manage User page will appear then click on the “Create New User” link to set up a sub-user with their own unique login. You can entitle each sub-user to the Business Online Banking service(s) and account(s) to which you want them to have access.

I have more than one business, can I have just one login for Business Online Banking?
AnswerYes, you can have access to multiple companies within a single Business Online Banking access and even perform ACH origination from them.
