We recently sat down with Casey and Eli Linthicum, owners of GameOn, a unique establishment that offers a one-of-a-kind nightlife experience with locations in Baltimore, Annapolis and Columbia, Maryland.
Please tell us about your business.
GameOn is an arcade bar with classic stand-up, pinball and modern arcade games — the ultimate hangout spot for anyone who loves games, fun cocktails and glow-in-the-dark graffiti. It’s also a great place for a meet-up with friends, a fun-filled date or a lively yet laid back night out.

How has working with Sandy Spring Bank impacted your business?
While our first two locations were self-funded, we were able to get a commercial loan so we could do our first full build-out for our Merriweather District location in Columbia. It’s our biggest location yet at just under 4,000 square feet and a big deal for us. We got to design it and build-out the kitchen, bathrooms and a garage door just the way we wanted it set up.
Our relationship manager kept the loan process very easy and simple. He was always straight-forward and if we needed to talk about anything major, he met us on-site which was really nice.
