It’s almost here! On Monday, October 30, 2023, Sandy Spring Bank digital banking will have a clean new look, enhanced tools and streamlined navigation that lets you get things done faster.

Logging In On Day One

When the new system goes live, use your computer to log in for the first time. Visit our account login page, select “Forgot Password,” and enter your current access ID as your username. This will allow you to create a NEW password.

You can then start to enjoy the new features that make online and mobile banking faster, easier and more convenient.

Important!
  • Check any transfers you have scheduled

    • You can schedule recurring transfers between Sandy Spring Bank accounts daily, weekly, every two weeks (biweekly), monthly, quarterly or  annually. You’ll need to re-enter and reschedule any transfers currently set
      up for every two months or twice a year.

    • To add recurring transfers between another bank and your Sandy Spring Bank account, log in from a computer and select “Move Money,” then “Connected Accounts.” From there, select “+Connect Account.”

    • Please note, external accounts cannot yet be added from our mobile apps. Once you add an external account from your computer, you can make transfers to and from external accounts from either your mobile device or computer.

  • Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint

    Read the instructions for transitioning QuickBooks, Quicken Web Connect and Mint to the new platform.  Learn more. »

    As we prepare for the transition to our enhanced digital banking experience, you will need to modify your Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint settings to ensure that your data connectivity remains active in the new system.

  • Streamline loan payments

    You will have the ability to pay your loan directly from your account in the new system.

  • Take note of new cutoff times

    Transfers to external accounts outside of Sandy Spring Bank scheduled by 4:59 p.m. ET on a business day will begin processing that same day; if they're scheduled at 5:00 p.m. ET or after, they will begin processing the next business day.
