When The Morin Company was founded in 1966, founder Gil Morin and his part-time assistant were the company’s only employees. Since then, it has grown to 80 employees with five separate engineering and HVAC contracting businesses, covering the Mid-Atlantic states and Florida. Since its inception, The Morin Company was self-funded. However, when Kevin and Mike Morin took over the company 20 years ago, they knew it didn’t make sense to continue operating this way.
