Rod Moody joined Sandy Spring Bank as a mortgage sales manager in 2019 and is committed to educating as many people as he can about the homebuying process and making them aware of various loan programs available to them.

With over 20 years of experience, Rod’s work ethic and extensive knowledge of mortgage lending have enabled him to be a consistent top producer over the course of his career. He focuses on educating his clients in the homebuying process while finding them the best possible mortgage solutions based on their needs. Rod takes great pride in providing a “five-star” customer service experience for all of his clients.

Rod is a graduate of Virginia State University with a degree in finance and economics. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and experiencing new restaurants.
