Noha joined Sandy Spring Bank as the Middle Market Team Leader in October 2022. Noha is part of our Corporate and Institutional Banking Division and will be instrumental to the growth of the division over the next few years. Before joining Sandy Spring Bank, Noha was an SVP within Truist’s Greater Washington DC Middle Market and Aerospace, Defense and Government Services Practice Team. Prior to joining Truist, Noha served in similar roles at Bank of America and Citibank. Noha is a highly seasoned banker with experience assisting companies of all sizes with strategic advisory, general banking, treasury and financing solutions. She offers her clients access to capital markets, helping them raise capital, make acquisitions, improve financial operations, and grow or transition their business. Noha has more than 23 years of global and domestic experience working in the Middle East, Africa and the United States.
Noha has vast expertise in credit and underwriting, merger and acquisition (M&A) financing, corporate finance, and treasury management. She has proven experience developing client-centric, scalable banking solutions for privately-owned and closely-held companies with annual revenues in the range of $50 million to $1 billion, including large corporations with complex operations and those with private equity sponsors at relevant stages of their company’s business lifecycle.
Noha enjoys helping firms achieve their growth goals, whether organically or inorganically, and providing solutions to that help business owners realize greater efficiencies, realize their personal goals, and build and preserve their legacy either through multi-generational ownership or an effective transition plan.
Noha and her team leverage Sandy Spring Bank’s capabilities in specialty lending, wealth management, private banking, treasury management and depository services, and various additional advisory services in their work with companies that are major contributors to the economic strength and vitality of the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and throughout Maryland and Virginia.
Noha is a resident of Montgomery County, enjoys traveling, volunteering, getting involved with nonprofits, and attending sporting events. Noha is bilingual with fluency in Arabic.
