Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bancorp and Bank
Mr. Cullum was appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bancorp and Bank in May 2024. He served as Division Executive and Treasurer of Sandy Spring Bank, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, since July 2022 and as Corporate Strategist and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis prior to that. He joined Sandy Spring Bank in 2006 and advanced in his career specializing in managerial accounting, financial management and analysis. Mr. Cullum holds a BBA from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
